March 2017 Life

I have a few minutes to blog while Baby Boy and Ryan are at a court ordered visit with bio parents and Giddy is with his Grandma.  What is even my life to have this free time!?!

Gid and I both had a stomach bug this last week.  That was truly miserable and thankfully Ryan and Baby Boy don't seem to have any symptoms.  Now both Giddy's Gramps Nelson and Grandpa Decker are sick!!  It's making the rounds through our families!!!

We both seem to be on the mend but it's absolutely such a drag,

Sweet sleepy boy.  He's taken 3.5 hour naps this whole week.  But things were shaping up when we found his lion headlamp.

This last week was one of appointments and doctor's visits.  Gideon had a follow up to his broken foot.  It seems to still bother him every day so I had the ortho department at Children's run x-rays again.  He's fine and healing well.  Baby Boy got evaluated by a speech and physical therapist to make sure he's developing well.  He's 100% perfect and totally on track despite a rough start to life.

We have a fresh week ahead of us with unseasonably warm Colorado weather waiting for us to take advantage of!

This week my goals include #1 Getting to the zoo!  #2 MOPS  #3  A playdate #4 Getting our Vitamin D on in the amazing weather

Any goals for you?

This fat baby is so snuggly and chunky!!  He's all belly and thigh rolls these days

Rocking his tummy time.  He's getting very close to some rolling

Left he was sleeping like a little angel.  And right, you can't see the biggest cheesy, toothless grin!!

Gid has been feeling too crummy to have his picture taken lately.  But he's very into cooking and baking these days.  He takes it very seriously and likes to stir, crack eggs, pour, and generally be involved in anything

So do not fear, for I am with you;
    do not be dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you and help you;
    I will uphold you with my righteous right hand.

Isaiah 41:10
