Saturday night we had the honor of meeting Peyton Clark-the cutest little baby and son to the coolest parents ever-Casey and Connie. Hey Casey! In case you didn't know, he is my #1 blog fan besides my mom.
One of my favorite things in life is bringing meals to friends and families to bless them. Whether it's to ease the reality of a new baby, help with a medical crisis, or some other reason I get so jazzed to help out. We brought this meal to friends a few months ago and this meal, pictured above, is what we brought Saturday to the Clarks.
Crockpot french dips, roasted fingerling potatoes, and angel food cake with strawberries and whipped cream.
The French Dips were SOOOO easy. Put 2 lbs of thinly sliced roast beef (deli meat) in the crock pot with 4 cups of beef broth and 1 cup water with 1 diced onion. Turn to low for 4ish hours to get tender. Toast buns with provolone cheese and top with meat. Delectable!

Then on Sunday we went to the Anderson's house for a Superbowl Party. We enjoyed waaaay too much scrumptious and amazing food. But the company was even better! Glad the game finally got good at the end-total buzz kill with that power outage.
